“Brunches were brilliant but the Royal Mail let them down extremely badly not once - but twice. My 80th Birthday flowers lay languishing in the garden getting sodden for 6days - no card put through my left - left where I wouldn't have found them 'til gardening in Spring! AND specilal flowers for my brother who was gravely ill in hospital and had just arrived home went undelivered - and the driver apparently took a photo of them in the Royal Mail van!!! (proff of delivery - I DON'T THINK SO! Hope ypi've changed your delivery service - pity as Royal Mail can be so good - but not this time”

“I received flowers from Bunches as a gift and was very impressed. I kept the details. So when I needed to send a gift and saw a special offer in Woman & Home, I availed if it. However when I visited the person I had sent the gift to just two days after she received it, the bunch of flowers looked disappointingly sparse.”
