“5 star for value for money but only 1 star for customer service. 2 percale fitted sheets ordered, 2 fitted sheets delivered, both in percale packaging except one is not percale fabric. Customer services were patronising, despite me explaining the issue and sending pictures showing the difference in the fabric used for each sheet. They asked for additional pictures of the care label and bag of the non-percale sheet. Because the labels on the sheet and bag were marked percale they emailed me to tell me it actually is a percale sheet. I explained again to them that percale is a flat weave whereas this sheet (whatever the label says), is a twill-satin type weave. I feel cross at being treated like an idiot. Ten emails have been exchanged so far, each message from customer services asks for another small piece of information which I could have provided in a single responce, rather than in dribs and drabs. After ten messages I still haven't recieved a return label! Although I remain hopeful the label will arrive very soon.”
