What a faf getting the filter pack turned out, setting up direct debit waiting and wondering when the day was going to be.So much simpler using Paypal and secure and you get your product sooner

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you feel the ordering process for the Filter Subscription Service was not as straight forward as it could have been. As you have signed up to the annual subscription service, a direct debit must be in place to enable the annual payments to be taken, so that we can dispatch your maintenance items to you when required. When the direct debit payment is submitted, it does take a few days to process. I'm sorry if this was not made clear at the time of ordering. I can see that your order was delivered to you on the 28th February 😊

I have had a BIBO classic for 15 years. It is a purchased macine and I suscribe to the filter/uv lamp service and change these myself when asked for by the machine. It has been brilliant hot water, cold water, both temperatures adjustable to your own preferences. The installation was hassle free. A minor problem was corrected under warranty. Another fault I repaired with parts and support provided by BIBO. A few years ago it went bact to BIBO for a factory refurbishment. When I moved house I took it out and plumbed it in at my new address. Cannot live without it. :)

We were temporarily out of stock of the goods ordered until 17th February, and your order was shipped on the 20th February. I can see that you have now received your order. Having chosen a "Bibo" as our equipment choice to have filtered, boiled(virtually) and chilled water on tap I just want to say it has been a game changer in our kitchen! it has so quickly become such a well used and easy to operate piece of equipment with no more filling of and waiting for a kettle to boil, not just for the convenience of immediate hot water but also for the increasing discomfort of handling the kettle(we're not as young as we used to be!). The customer service from Poppy and Millie was also exceptional when answering queries on the phone, but also responding to a last minute change of colour just before the original order was due to be dispatched. Just an excellent experience and we can't imagine the kitchen without our Bibo now!

Superb customer service - thanks Kayleigh (order handling & booking) and Sam (installation). Product itself seems great, does what it says it will and looks smart in our kitchen. We’re very pleased. As a suggestion, a down-light would be good in the dispensing area, making it easier to see the level in the glass/ mug. Thanks to the whole Bibo team!

Having had my Bibo for over 2 years now, would I go back to a kettle and bottled water ?, definately not ! . So convenient and simple to use and the service from Bibo is great. My only wish is that the display could be larger, a minor gripe with an overall great piece of kit. The Bibo Fizz also does what it's supposed to do very well, replacement cylinders arrive very quickly when needed.

Appalling service. Was told that we need to wait for a month for my filter and descaling kit that i was meant to receive in January but delayed till February. Despite I've paid for this 6monthly kit service 6 month ago! When I complained about it, a filter was sent out which had items missing in it and most importantly did not fit the machine! We tried to put the old filter back and the machine now saying no filter found! Spoke to customer services at 17:30 and apparently their engineers only work till 17:00 and noone on-call for emergencies over weekend. I have a 2 month old baby at home that is formula fed; so we are heavily reliant on this filtered hot water that now is out of action for the entire weekend??? That is absolutely disgusting! Β£600 worth useless piece of junk. Had to go out and buy a kettle so I could feed my daughter. You would expect for the price someone to be available for emergencies over weekend! AVOID!

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that we were unable to arrange an urgent engineer visit to resolve the issue with fitting your new filter. As a small business, we do not currently have a facility to offer weekend appointments, however, I can see that an engineer attended first things this morning and the issue has now been resolved. In regard to the delay of your filter pack and cleaning kit, I do apologise for this. Regrettably, we are currently experiencing a delay with our shipment which is on the water. This delay is completely out of our control, however I do fully understand the disappointment and frustration. A filter was dispatched to you immediately after you contacted us, and the remainder of the maintenance pack will be sent out once available in February, as advised via email. You were not charged for these goods until 14th January this year, which is when they were due to be dispatched to you. I can assure you that no payment was taken 6 months ago. Again, please do accept my full apologies for the inconvenience caused. I do hope that this matter is now resolved, however please do feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.

I do not hav a machine that does hot and cold water, all I have is the one that makes fizzy water, and I am very pleased with it.

We love BIBO. Clean water immediately at the temparature you want is great. Having cleaned the hotwater tank and replaced the filter has even stopped the leaks.

Amazing! We love our Bibo so much, the process has been such a wonderful experience, multiple calls to dicuss the delivery date (got to choose this myself) installation and engineer visit. Amazing customer service, our engineer was brilliant, we have a slightly awkward kitchen setup, but he took his time, thought it through and managed to install it with just one hole drilled. Very happy as I was expecting lots of work to be needed to install it. Would highly recommend, from start to finish we have been treated amazingly. Thank you!

Very easy to order replacement cartridges for Bibo Sparkling Water machine. Refund for return cartridges is processed very efficiently.
