“Bear in mind dimensions are not exact. Fractions off, on the small side. Fine art giclee prints look hazy, not as sharp as pictured. I've bought two prints and a photo, wanted to send them back but too much hassle. I think I'm done with them.”

“Be careful, this company perform scams. You think you paid but the money are rejected. If you won't notice (for example simply because you have to many transactions going anyway), then you won't even realize that you are a debtor. One year later you will receive an e-mail informing you about your debt and high interest.”

“I placed an order on Monday night, my order was sent out 2 days later and received in prefect condition, was sent tracking number since I had chosen 3 day delivery. Not sure why all the awful reviews, I was sent emails that my order was received order being processed and when order left warehouse. Nothing was damaged and arrived in the frame I ordered, packed excellent.”

“I ordered ONE poster almost a week ago. Immediately my bank statement showed I was charged FIVE times for the same order. I contacted them and they basically told me “we do that to make sure funds are available for your purchase” and “it will only show that you’ve been charged once, when your order ships”. Well that was a week ago. My one poster still has not shipped and my statement now shows I was charged twice for this. First and last time I order anything from them.”

“I have ordered from Allposters.com three times and all three times I have been very happy. The selection is amazing, the matting and framing is amazing. One order was a large canvas picture and it was amazing. Packaged nicely too for shipping. The photo is the one I ordered on canvas.”

“The sizes they show are not accurate. I ordered 3 posters, one larger one and two 23 x 12 posters to go on each side. One was 23 x 13 which would be ok it the other one was the same. But the other on that should be 23 x 12 was 24.75 x 14.5. I response to my emails. I would never order from that again”

“0rdered 24 prints 7/14/20 got 24 emails 7/29/20 there will be a delay in shipping. From Shipping. Thank you for getting back to us. Your order is estimated to be shipped on 8/4/2020. 7/25/20 ???????”

“DO NOT purchase from this vendor, they do not have the posters you are ordering in stock. The vendor seems to be sourcing the posters from other vendors to fulfill your order which takes huge delays. When you ask them to cancel the order due to the huge delays they will not refund your money.”

“I ordered a framed poster as a birthday gift yesterday and i paid extra for the 2 day shipping so as i could at least have it by Friday. So i called today and I'm being told that i wont get my product until July 7th even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. The employee was rude and said that I couldn't have 2 day shipping until after the product is made, then it could be shipped out in 2 days. So long long does it take to print a frigging poster!!! And why offer 2 day shipping if it can't be done? False advertising at it's best!!!!”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the product. They show glossy clear posters, but you get blurry matte finish posters on cheap paper. Bait and Switch is what you get.”

“There are two things that impress me about Allposters.com: 1) The packaging: canvas is just as important to protect as a poster, and both posters and canvas I've ordered have come protected in tough cardboard frames or rolls. 2) The production quality: the print of the posters and canvas are always vibrant and sharp, no blurs or pieces blown up too large. Each canvas comes with a ten penny nail and hanger, the backs pre-strung with wire. It takes the need from the buyer to fit them appropriately, which is great. The shipping by FedEx is incredibly fast, usually reaching me within 2-3 days of shipment, but it is to be noted that the time leading up to the shipment can take a good week or even two. However, the quality noted above makes the wait well worth the time.”

“I ordered two framed prints from AllPosters over a six month period. BOTH were very poorly frames. BOTH times AllPosters customer care was rubbish. I had to chase them for months before I got the problem resolved. Do yourself a favour: buy a print that fits into a self-clip frame from IKEA (they're pretty good these days) and you'll get a much better and less hassle result!”

“Purchased a canvas “Bluebird at Pendine Sands” Jack Vettriano for a bathroom make over in my man cave. Together with other maritime accessories to create the look. Visitors to my bathroom adore the fixtures utilised to create the look of a beachcombers retreat. Praise the Lord for Amazon lol.”

“I found exactly what I was looking for to complete the wall "decoration" for my recently refurbished sitting room. Part of my order arrived almost the following day, with the rest due imminently. They follow up with delivery notification, so kept me well informed of the situation. Would certainly recommend and use again myself.”
