“My driver didn't speak any English at all when this is a MUST when someone is providing a touristic service and in NYC. I worked in tourism area in Cancún and this is a MUST as a Mexican to provide an excellent service! No one picked me up at the airport and I advised the company via email that my flight was delayed. Also, I received an answer back letting me know that the company check flights status!!!!! This is a huge lie!!!!! Because, when I arrived to JFK I contacted with the driver and he said to me that he waited for me for 1 hour, saying that no one told him about the flight delayed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even my dad, took a minute of his time to look on Google for my flight because I didn't advise to him about the delayed!!!!!! This is the worst company ever!!!!!!! No service at all to the customer, no second language, not an apology or refund and because of this a taxi charged me 300 usd from JFK to Times Square, another lier who told me that he was an UBER!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Our flight was cancelled and we could not change our time. This is a terrible service and I would not recommend unless they updated their customer service and adjust for flight cancellations so pick up times can be amended. Beware the no change policy in 24 hours as most airlines change their flights in this timeframe.”

“I have never used a commercial transportation service for the airport and I was very nervous using one for the first time. There were many reviews for Airports Taxi Transfers, so I counted on the fact that the reviews were accurate. I was very, very happy with the service. The drivers were lovely and kept in contact with me the entire time. I will absolutely use them again.”

“Terrible taxi service through Britannia airport cars! They took our money and the driver was 2 hours late at Heathrow arrival. The manager kept lying on the phone that the driver was 10 minutes away and the driver confirmed that he was only given at the last minute. When I asked for a refund, the manager flatly refused. Very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and just get an uber at Heathrow. If this company has any integrity, contact me and refund my money.”

“Horrific service. No one to meet family of 6 in Milan airport. After 30 minutes of phoning “emergency” number which didn’t work I got a text to say someone was coming. He did arrive. On return journey despite contacting London office two days before departure to confirm collection, no one showed up. Again emergency number didn’t work, London emergency number was answered only for me to be told my booking reference was not correct & they had no record of my booking by number or name and hung up. My hotel called a taxi for me and we made our flight only as flight was delayed. This cost €500 on top of €390 already paid. The whole experience was incredibly stressful, the completely opposite of what pre-booking a taxi was to achieve and I am out of pocket. To get refunded anything involved 5 emails with no effect followed by a phone call to same woman in London office. I have been refunded €390 and am out of pocket €110. The entire experience was horrific.”

“We made a booking a day before travel and from first contact the service we had was supreme! The lady i spoke to in London was brilliant and put our mind at rest with booking. The price was great and the drivers both turned up very professional and on time. Their communication throughout from the drivers were A1 and would definately use this company again. Driver Name: BABACAR who picked us up was absolutely amazing, on time and very professional driver, very friendly and helpful and communication throughout first class. The driver on return pick up from Hotel was : MOHAMMED MORTET was well dressed and very professional and friendly and made us feel very welcome he arrived 10 minutes before pick up and on time the vehicle was very comfortable and we got to the airport on time. First class service!!! He communicated with us from the start when he arrived and could not ask for a better driver. He was a brilliant driver and would definately reccomend this company to anyone going to Disneyland Paris. Please pass on our thanks to both these drivers FIRST CLASS SERVICE *** Thanks for making our trip a memorable one and smooth process.”

“Extremely disappointed. On booking confirmation i was advised the driver would be in arrivals area. We arrived and 15 mins passed from the booked time and still no driver, when i rang the number from the confirmation the driver was very rude as i couldnt understand turns out he was in departures rather than arrivals. We booked a 4 person car and were put into a mini bus with no aircon and the driver was driving very dangerously and on his phone whilst driving. All completely false advertising!”

“Cuando llegue a Budapest tuve que esperar 50 min a que llegasen. Los llamaba y salian ocupados. El mumero de emergencia decia que no estaban disponibles y al watsapp tampoco respondian. Finalmente me escribieron y tras 50 min vino la competencia hungara de Fernando Alonso. A 200 km/h entre carriles de doble sentido, metiendole largas a todo el mundo, era o morir o llegar en 5 min. Pillad un bus que os saldra mejor, o un bolt o uber, que os va a salir mas o menos parecido.”

“The drivers we had to and from the airport were friendly and punctual. Even when our flight was about three hours delayed, we contacted them and it was not an issue. Our driver was ready when we came off the plane! Great service!”
