“Used this company a few years ago and their service was excellent. However came back from Paris yesterday and the transfer back was completely forgotten about. The driver never turned up, we had no confirmation about them coming to pick us up, and had to get the hotel to ring us an emergency taxi from Disneyland Paris to CDG airport at the cost of 150 euros, very unhappy with this. Spoke to their emergency call number in Madrid, and they stated to claim back the money, when asked about being late for the flight all she said was sorry. I will be extremely hesitant to use their service again in the future, which is a shame as the first time we used them was excellent as was the pick up from the airport. Disgraceful service.”

“waiting for refund for fully paid for ride in Casablanca that never showed up. Have written several times and also asked for apology for this upsetting experience. Emergency numbers of no use will update if I ever get refund and apology”

“Customer service was excellent—quick to respond on WhatsApp and very helpful. However, both drivers we had were Chinese and didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult. Our journey from JFK Airport to our hotel in Midtown Manhattan was supposed to take around 40 minutes, but when I checked the driver’s GPS, it showed 1 hour and 23 minutes. I tried to ask him about it, but since he didn’t understand me, I had to use a translation app. He responded, explaining that the fastest route included a toll, which he wanted to avoid due to the cost. After some back-and-forth, he finally agreed to take the toll road, and we arrived on time as expected. For our return transfer, we had a different driver, but after discussing the issue with customer service beforehand, he took the toll road without any problems.”

“Our driver collected us early which was great but as we drove to Salzburg airport on Sat 15th Jan, the driver was getting exasperated by a 'tourist' driver ahead of us who 'did not know how to drive' , he beeped the horn, over took this car like a crazy driver whilst keeping his hand on the horn beeping like a mad man. We had three kids in the car with us. For €246 for a 70 minute journey, this was not a calm professional service at all, in fact it was quite a stressful experience. We will not be using your company again and we will not be recommending you to any one. Absolute unprofessional experience for a huge cost.”

“The driver was not coming to my house at the scheduled time and I was informed about it 5 minutes before the pic up time. They arranged a substutute driver who was at my house 75 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. It was only luck that I still catched my plane, I had extra costs for booking a fast track slot for priority security line and I literally had to run to catch my flight. It was a horror start for my trip, just because the cab was so late. I would never book with them again.”
