“I booked a return journey from Heathrow to London and ended up having to amend pickup times for both journeys. Airport Pickups London managed to find me alternative drivers on both occasions to save me waiting, which was fantastic! Contacting the office was easy and the calls answered quickly and courteously. The office kept me updated on their efforts to find an alternative driver and came through on both occasions. Drivers were courteous and cars clean. I will definitely use this firm again when in London.”

“So easy to arrange bookings and/or amend when necessary on line due to change of flight circumstances as in this case for me. Our driver made contact within minutes of landing and we stayed in touch through baggage reclaim then met at the prearranged location at Arrivals quickly after. We were on the road soon after and home in a timely fashion. I always choose Airport Pickups if travelling from Heathrow. They are completely reliable, easy to deal with and have courteous professional staff and well presented vehicles as well.”
