Recently opened the new savings account as a customer using their services for several years- wish I hadn't.
They let you open an instant access account and deposit any sum of money easily. However, when you go to withdraw money they ask for documents, which is not instant access. That should have been done before I was able to open an account and deposit money. Absolutely disgusting and slimy.
I do not trust this company with my money anymore and I am pursuing the closure of all my accounts, both investment and savings.
