Excellent Service. Even better staff. I have been using TribePost for the company I work for, for the last 4 months roughly. I believe it is an excellent service which has allowed us to improve our recruitment process and help us get bodies in the door much faster than we have in the past. The system is user friendly and easy to use and allows you easily mark through CVs and candidates in a timely and organised manner. Most importantly... Liam Walker. Liam is our Account Manager. Their is job is basically to help you, and wow does he help. I am very new and fresh in the recruitment side of business and Liam has been a guiding hand all the way through it. He does whatever he can to get our vacancies filled as soon as possible. He puts extra effort into hard-to-fill locations (we are a nationwide company) and helps manage the workload. He narrows down CVs into "Not Suitable" and "Consider" so that when 100 CVs come through the door I only have to look at 20. My job is very busy and it's these things that Liam does to help out that mean I don't spend extra unnecessary hours sieving through CVs that have no relevance. We have built a strong working relationship whilst working together and make a good team. He brings great fresh ideas to the table for a company that he doesn't even work for. The customer service is second to NONE. Most importantly, Liam cares. Liam wants the company to succeed and Liam wants ME to succeed in my role, and I believe he does everything within his scope of power to make this possible to me. Thanks for all the help lately, you've been unbelievable. Give this guy a raise. Liam, you are the shining star of TribePost and if every other Account Manager works the way you do, you are the sole reason people should be using TribePost.
