My order arrived the day after ordering. It was sturdily packaged. As no one was home, it was taken in by my neighbours. Unfortunately, there were two small pieces missing. I sent an email to Workplace Depot, who responded almost immediately and arranged for the missing pieces to be sent. Despite the missing pieces (everyone has the odd offday!) I would still give 5 out of 5, because it was dealt with so quickly and politely.
