I am a very regular Maxwells customer. However I have just purchased 2 lengths of beading from your sea road store. Whilst walking to my car carrying the beading one of the lengths suddenly snapped in 2. I returned to the shop and explained what had happened and asked if i could replace it.
"Not Really Like" was the response.
- needless to say I shall be buying all my DIY requirements elsewhere in future.
P.s This was my sixth purchase of these £2 items this week. Absolutely disgusted by the response I got
