I recently purchased my first two framed prints from this company after much deliberation over sizes, frame colours etc. My prints were delivered quickly and well packaged and I was really pleased with them. However, I realised that one was in a grey ash frame and one black. I checked my order and found that I had inadvertently ordered one in the wrong colour. I rang customer services and explained and how refreshing it was to be told it could be easily corrected. They arranged collection, reframing, with re-delivery all within a week and at no extra cost. I am extremely happy with my prints and the service I received. I will certainly order again so thank you very much.
