Worst company and customer service team I have every dealt with - openly blamed me repeatedly for the package being a week late as they said I gave the wrong address. Made up some garbage about a historic house name which showed on an eircode look up not being on my order - irrelevant when they gave the courier the wrong postcode and county in the first place!! If I know one thing its my own address. Customer service attitude was rude and appalling. Had to literally beg for a refund on the additional express delivery charges which I had opted for
