shocking. my guitar arrived scratched so i left my review and explained my experience and they flagged it saying "we think this isn't based on a true experience" insane. if you have anything but an amazing review for this company, then your review must be fake.
i know for a fact they know my review is genuine because you have to leave your order email in order to leave a review - so that they know you ARE a customer. will never shop here again
