I bought a different family car in January this year, swapping from my BMW to a Honda HRV. I contacted IGo4 to change my cover from the old car to the new one. I was informed that iGo4 couldn't insure me for the new car and they cancelled my cover. I then received a request to contact them and was requested to pay a months premium for the month of February for the BMW car l no longer owned. I informed them that it was them who were unable to cover me! I did not cancel the insurance so felt aggrieved that l should pay another months premium. They suggested l make a formal complaint which l did. As of today, the 12th March 2024, l am still awaiting the decision on my complaint but have received yet another request for me to contact them to pay the money they feel l owe them. After making another call to iGo4, my complaint has still not been dealt with and am awaiting a return call. Not impressed with 1. A demand for a further months insurance cover for a vehicle l no longer own 2. An outstanding complaint which has not been dealt with and 3. A demand for money for insurance cover which l didn't cancel. Hoping for a satisfactory conclusion to all this....
