We had a pretty horrid experience with an ice machine we purchasef from FFD but Laura who was our point of contact and she was superb dealing with this very unfortunate situation, as a cocktail bar, ice is the one ingredient you cannot do without. She guided us through the process and helped us upgrade to a better machine whilst being very responsive. thank you
