Communication for an additional order was not initially great at first as the person who had dealt with me is working from home on occasion so my message went to voicemail but had no return call. I called the main office and got a response from Mathew where the order was sorted quite quickly. Order arrived within timescales and delivery was ok. The work done was the same standard as last time and everything was as should be. However the VAT is not included until the final invoice and then it is not on the same page so could get missed. It would make sense to place this on the same page so the customer knows the full total to pay.
